Do I have to use AI on Konekto?
No. Every AI feature is optional, and Konekto works the same without it. AI features are included in selected plans.
Who makes the final decision?
You do. AI output always lands as a draft or a recommendation in the normal form or review screen, and nothing happens until you act on it.
Can the AI move money?
No. AI features have no access to payments, wallets or the accept and reject buttons. That boundary is built into the product.
Can AI features be switched off?
Yes. Each feature can be turned on or off on the Konekto side, and the campaign assistant can be stopped at any moment from its inbox.
Does it work in French?
Yes. Chat translation works between English and French, and the platform itself is available in both languages.
